Stuart joined us in January 2011 as
General Manager of Advanced Aluminium. Originally, from an
automotive 1st tier suppllier Stuart has a wealth of experience in
lean manufacturing and quality management.
Stuart has over 15 years experience
in the fenestration industry including time served with Abbseal and
Solaglas amongst others.

Mitul Patel joined the business in
August 2006 to facilitate business software requirements for
Advanced Aluminium from business analysis, requirements gathering,
process development & implementation and application
integration and customization.
Mitul has implemented ISO9001 &
ISO14001 international standards, 'Secure by Design (SBD)' &
Document L product certification standards and Health & Safety.
Mitul plays a vital role in providing technical support, order
processing and production management.

Paul re-joined us in March 2010 as
Technical Estimator and shortly was promoted to 'Manufacturing
& Estimating Manager' due to the business demand.
Originally, Paul has joined us in
2005 and worked as a factory supervisor for 4 years and then had a
break of 1 year due to personal reasons. He brings a wealth of
knowledge of glass industry and wide experience of manufacturing
and supervising the aluminium product fabrication.
